We deliver your order directly to the front door of the registered address. Delivery is limited to the ground floor; no stair-climbing service is provided.

The package must be received by an adult (18+ years old).

If you refuse delivery for reasons beyond Cloth Industrial’s responsibility, shipping costs will not be refunded, and you will have to cover the additional shipping fee.

Deliver the product to the address provided on the shipping label.

Allow a quick visual inspection to confirm the package arrives in perfect condition.

Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need an exchange or a return, please keep the following conditions in mind:

You have 30 calendar days from the date of receiving your order.

The item must be new, unused, in perfect condition, and with original tags and accessories intact.

We do not accept products that have been modified or altered in any way.
Product Exchanges

You may exchange your product for a different size or color, subject to availability, as long as the product has the same price as your initial purchase.

You cover the cost of shipping the product back to Cloth Industrial; we cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.

Refund Requests

If you request a refund, you cover the shipping cost of returning the product to Cloth Industrial.

Once we receive and verify the product’s condition, your refund will be issued within two business days using the same payment method you originally used.
