Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping and Delivery
  • We deliver your order directly to the front door of the registered address. Delivery is limited to the ground floor; no stair-climbing service is provided.

  • The package must be received by an adult (18+ years old).

  • If you refuse delivery for reasons beyond Cloth Industrial’s responsibility, shipping costs will not be refunded, and you will have to cover the additional shipping fee.

  • The delivery service will:

    • Deliver the product to the address provided on the shipping label.

    • Allow a quick visual inspection to confirm the package arrives in perfect condition.

  • We fully comply with the courier’s package delivery policies.

 

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need an exchange or a return, please keep the following conditions in mind:

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

  • You have 30 calendar days from the date of receiving your order.

  • The item must be new, unused, in perfect condition, and with original tags and accessories intact.

  • We do not accept products that have been modified or altered in any way.

Product Exchanges

  • You may exchange your product for a different size or color, subject to availability, as long as the product has the same price as your initial purchase.

  • You cover the cost of shipping the product back to Cloth Industrial; we cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.

How to Request an Exchange

Please contact us through our customer service channels, and we’ll gladly assist you:

Refund Requests
  • If you request a refund, you cover the shipping cost of returning the product to Cloth Industrial.

  • Once we receive and verify the product’s condition, your refund will be issued within two business days using the same payment method you originally used.
